Let me first say if you still feel that people that smoke weed are “druggies” and so on and so forth that’s fine. I respect your opinion but I don’t need to hear the lectures. I’m here to get help not to go to counseling. Anywho, simply I have a drug test today for a job that I must get. It was a spare of the moment opportunity that I jumped on yesterday. If I would have known I would have quit in advance. But I didn’t. The positive to this is I def. cut down with how much I been smoking the past I’m going to say two weeks. I cut to maybe twice a day MAX. and most days not at all just by personal choice. Now for the question. I personally think that detox cleaners are bs and I should just drink tons of water and some vitamin b12 and call it a day. And the one time I took a detox when I was younger I couldn’t even finish it it made me sick. My husband says I should drink puriclean instant and water and take the test. I personally have never taken a detox before for these situations. He did the day he started probation and passed. But never got tested again all the way threw his probation. In the case he did get tested he took a different detox but from the instant clean maker and the guy at GMC said the instant clean is a much stronger version of the other one he took and passed with. But again. My theory is that detoxes are bs and a waste of money and the water dilution is what makes us pass. Should I just suck it up and take the detox to be safe or just drink water???

The THC from pot is stored in the fat cells and gradually leeches back out and is detectible in the urine for approximately 30 days. The “cleanses” sold do not affect the process. I work for a substance abuse treatment center.
